Team Poland WIDPSC 2026
We are so delighted to announce that PDA is sending the first ever Polish team to participate in the 2026 World Individual Debating & Public Speaking Championship (WIDPSC) in England! Selections for the first ever Team Poland WIDPSC will be conducted in September. Students must be high school students and they may attend the interview in Poznan or online. This is a public speaking team but there are individual debates which students must compete in at the World Championship. WIDPSC participants must compete in 3 public speaking events and in individual debate.
Students trying out will have to present one in persuasive speaking speech and participate in an individual debate. Guidelines and ballots used will be emailed to registered participants.
The 3 students selected will begin training in the first week of October and preparation will last until April 2026. Training will be held online or in-person in Poznan. The team will be coaches by two experienced WIDPSC coaches.
